A 30-minute session designed for busy teams in work attire. No mat needed. Gentle stretches, posture correction, and breath work done entirely from the chair.

A 15, 30 or 45-minute guided meditation designed to clear the mental clutter, reduce cognitive fatigue and brain fog, and sharpen your professional edge. Scientifically proven to lower cortisol and improve executive function.
